Pills do not work for me..

I am taking both kind of liposomes, the AGE-Blocker & C, and I am very happy. I was very low in vitamin C so it is taking me awhile to catch up. I don't think pills work for me. Especially C. Slowly my sinus problems are better. My eye sight is better; my check up even surprised me. I could see better. I am looking and feeling younger.

I am 71 years. People think I'm sixty or less. I read your book and I believe it. I ride my bike and I am weeding the garden. I am never sick. No colds, no flu. I also like Dr. D. Adams book "Eat Right for Your Blood Type". I am a type A positive and eating mostly foods I should eat. Make more lyposomes like in vitamin E or A.
